Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AIT Management professional to oversee application integration activities and technology governance across enterprise systems. The role focuses on coordinating releases and changes, managing risks and issues, maintaining configuration controls, and working with application, infrastructure, compliance and delivery teams to support reliable production outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate application integration activities across development, testing, infrastructure and production support teams; manage dependencies and delivery readiness.

- Oversee release and change governance, including impact assessments, approvals, implementation coordination and post-release follow-up.

- Track application risks, issues, actions and milestones; drive timely escalation, resolution and clear management reporting.

- Support configuration management, application inventory and change documentation to maintain traceability and operational controls.

- Liaise with compliance, technology and business stakeholders; coordinate Agile ceremonies, governance forums and cross-team communications.

Required Technical Skills

- Experience in application integration management, release/change coordination and enterprise technology governance.

- Robust working knowledge of risk and issue management, dependency tracking, configuration management and delivery controls.

- Ability to coordinate multiple technology teams, manage stakeholder expectations, drive escalations and provide clear status reporting.





- Proficiency with JIRA or similar tracking tools, governance documentation and structured reporting; strong communication skills.

Domain Experience - Preferred

- Experience within financial-services technology, enterprise application governance or banking platforms is preferred.

- Exposure to Global Markets, Trading or Regulatory Risk platforms and associated control processes is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with FOSS/open-source software compliance coordination, technology controls and audit evidence preparation.

- Understanding of Agile delivery, release calendars, change advisory processes and production support operating models.

- Experience supporting application onboarding, integration testing, operational readiness and continuous process improvement.
