Redsquare Studio is looking for a creative, tech-savvy and self-driven AI Video Editor & Content Creator to help build an engaging digital presence across YouTube, Instagram and other social media platforms.

Our vision is to create an interesting, entertaining and interactive digital channel that connects with audiences through creative content, storytelling, music, technology and creativity.

Role & Responsibilities

Create engaging video content for YouTube, Instagram Reels, Shorts and other social media platforms.

Use AI-powered video generation, editing and creative tools to develop innovative content.

Conceptualise, develop and execute original content ideas independently.

Experiment with AI-generated visuals, animation, motion graphics, sound design and creative storytelling.

Convert ideas, trends and creative concepts into compelling social media content.

Develop interactive content that encourages audience engagement, participation and conversation.

Maintain consistency in visual identity, quality and content style across all platforms.

Stay updated with the latest AI tools, video trends, social media formats and emerging creative techniques.

Participate in regular creative meetings and brainstorming sessions with the Redsquare Studio team.

Take ownership of assigned projects, timelines and content delivery.

Skills & Requirements

Good command of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro,



After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent.

Hands-on experience with AI video tools such as Runway, Kling, Sora, Veo, Pika or similar platforms.

Strong creative thinking and storytelling abilities.

Understanding of social media trends, content formats and audience engagement.

Ability to independently generate ideas and translate them into engaging content.

Knowledge of motion graphics, sound design and basic animation will be an advantage.

A proactive attitude, willingness to experiment and ability to work independently.

Contract & Payment Structure

This is a contract-based freelance opportunity.

Payment will be made monthly based on the number of content pieces successfully completed and approved by Redsquare Studio.

Content requirements, deliverables and creative direction will be discussed during regular meetings.

- The engagement will be evaluated on creativity, quality, consistency and timely delivery.
