We are seeking an AI Transformation Lead for a full time role. The role will drive AI strategy and implementation across our products and operations, identifying opportunities to automate workflows, improve decision-making, and enhance customer experiences. Working closely with leadership, product, and engineering teams, you will build and deploy AI agents, intelligent workflows,



and scalable solutions while driving adoption across the organization.

- Proven experience implementing AI solutions, including LLMs, AI agents, and workflow automation.
- Strong technical understanding of AI tools, APIs, and systems integration.
- Ability to identify high-impact opportunities and translate business needs into practical AI solutions.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving organizational change.
- Strong commercial judgment, problem-solving skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Understanding of data security, governance, and responsible AI practices.
