Job Title - Senior Sales/ Business development Manager – Turbine & Large Pump Overhauling

Reports To: General Manager Sales / Director

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

This company is an ISO-certified EPC and engineering services company providing offshore and onshore solutions to the Energy, Oil & Gas, Power and Industrial sectors. Our services include equipment sourcing, fabrication, installation, commissioning and operation & maintenance support.

Job Summary

Seeking a technically robust, commercially oriented Senior Sales Engineer with hands-on experience in:

- Steam/Gas turbine overhauling (up to ~100 MW).

- Large industrial pump maintenance/overhauling.

- Rotating equipment services across refineries, petrochemical plants, power plants, and oil & gas.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop opportunities with refineries, petrochemical plants, power plants, oil & gas companies.

- Build relationships with maintenance, mechanical, procurement, and project teams.

- Prepare technical-commercial proposals, review tender scopes,



coordinate pricing strategy.

- Track shutdown schedules, follow up on quotations/tenders, convert opportunities into orders.

- Perform any other operational and project coordination responsibilities assigned by management.

Key Technical Expertise

- Turbines: Overhauls, inspection, troubleshooting, vibration analysis, alignment, shutdown/turnaround maintenance.

- Pumps: Centrifugal/large pumps, dismantling, repair, seals/bearings, shaft/impeller/casing maintenance, performance troubleshooting

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

- Minimum 8 years of relevant industry experience in turbine overhauling, large pump maintenance, and rotating equipment services.

- Proven sales/tendering/business development track record.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Based in/willing to relocate to Mumbai region.
