Education - CA / CPA / MBA Finance / B.Tech / B.E / bachelors in data science Tier 1 institute

Experience - 3 to 17 yrs

Required Skills -

GenAI, LLMs, RAG, AI Transformation, AI governance, AI Use cases responsible AI & auditability. Cross-tower Finance Ops transformation: RTR, PTP, OTC, Product Costing, Fixed Assets & FP&A; AI strategy & value architecture.

Key Skills & Expertise:

- Robust experience in Agentic AI, Generative AI (GenAI), LLMs and AI-driven automation.
- Hands-on experience in applying AI/GenAI to Finance & Accounting processes.
- Strong understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C),



reconciliation and financial operations.
- Experience in Finance Transformation, Process Excellence and Intelligent Process Automation.
- Ability to identify automation opportunities and design AI-led transformation solutions.
- Experience in AI solution design, workflow orchestration, Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) and process optimisation.
- Strong stakeholder management, business analysis and consulting experience.
