MailerMen has an opening for a AI / Machine Learning Engineer based out of Gurugram. You will build practical machine learning solutions and AI-powered features for web products, working across data preparation, model development, evaluation, API integration and deployment. With one year of experience behind you, you'll contribute directly to production systems from your first sprint. The role is fully remote, with the Gurugram team as your home base for occasional meetups.

Department: Engineering - AI & Machine Learning Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities

- Build Python-based ML pipelines and reusable data-processing components.
- Develop,



train and evaluate machine learning models for product use cases.
- Work with engineers and product teams to translate business problems into ML solutions.
- Document experiments, models, APIs and deployment procedures.
- Monitor model performance and improve accuracy, reliability and latency.
- Assist in deploying models with containerized services.
- Contribute to feature stores and reusable ML utilities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, AI/ML or a related field preferred.
- Good to have: Hugging Face, Airflow, AWS, XGBoost, FastAPI, TensorFlow
