We are looking for an AI-driven and technology-focused Digital & Business Operations Executive to support digital activities, business growth, and daily operations using modern tools and artificial intelligence. The ideal candidate should be creative, adaptable, willing to learn, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities across digital platforms, content creation, e-commerce, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support digital activities across social media, websites, and online platforms.
- Create engaging content using AI tools for social media posts, videos, graphics, and marketing campaigns.
- Support digital branding, content creation, and online growth activities.
- Handle website updates, product uploads, and e-commerce operations.
- Assist with marketplace operations across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and other online channels.
- Use AI tools to improve productivity, automation, research, and business processes.
- Assist in creating marketing creatives, product presentations, and promotional materials.
- Monitor customer feedback, online reviews, and digital brand presence.
- Analyse business data and support improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with different teams and assist in daily business operations.
- Handle multiple tasks and projects efficiently.

Education & Qualifications




- B.Tech graduates or candidates with a technical background will be preferred.
- Degree graduates from any discipline can apply.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Plus Two candidates with strong interest, skills, and willingness to learn in AI tools, digital platforms, and technology can also apply.

Required Skills
- Interest or basic knowledge in AI tools, digital marketing, social media, content creation, and technology.
- Creativity and interest in AI-powered content creation (images, videos, and designs).
- Good communication skills and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different roles and responsibilities.
- Flexible mindset to support various business operations.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Canva, AI video creation tools, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar AI platforms.
- Basic understanding of website management and e-commerce platforms like WordPress, WooCommerce, or Shopify.
- Interest in online business, digital tools, and automation is an advantage.
