Job Summary

ANEW is looking for a passionate and dedicated AI-Driven Basic IT Trainer to deliver training in computer fundamentals, Microsoft Office applications, digital literacy, and AI-powered productivity tools. The trainer will help learners develop practical digital skills and improve their employability in today's technology-driven workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training on Computer Basics, Internet, Email, and Digital Literacy.
- Deliver hands-on sessions in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Introduce students to AI tools and their practical applications.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Monitor student attendance, progress, and performance.
- Provide mentoring and support to learners.
- Conduct assessments and maintain training records and reports.
- Guide students in resume preparation, interview skills, and workplace readiness.
- Support placement and career guidance activities.
- Ensure effective use and maintenance of computer lab resources.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and digital learning trends.
- Create an engaging, inclusive, and learner-friendly classroom environment.

Qualifications




- Graduate/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certification in Microsoft Office or AI-related tools is preferred.
- Prior experience in teaching, training, or skill development programs is desirable.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and effective manner.
