Position: Senior Sales / Business Development / Marketing Head

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Experience: 15+ Years

Age Criteria: 40+ Years

Salary Budget: Up to ₹26 LPA

1. Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Management or a related field preferred.
- Candidates with an MBA must have completed it from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute.
- Candidates from Tier 3 MBA institutes will not be preferred.

1. Experience & Background

- Minimum 15+ years of overall professional experience.
- Strong background exclusively in Sales, Business Development (BD), or Marketing.
- Candidates should have substantial experience in driving business growth, revenue generation and market expansion.
- Preference for candidates who have worked in the Hotels, Retail, Hospitality or related service industries.
- Must have experience handling senior-level responsibilities and business development strategies.

1. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic sales and business development plans.
- Identify recent business opportunities and explore potential markets.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability and business expansion.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, corporate customers and business partners.
- Lead sales and marketing initiatives to achieve organisational targets.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities and business opportunities.
- Manage key accounts and negotiate high-value business deals.
- Develop strategies to improve brand visibility, market presence and customer acquisition.
- Monitor sales performance, business targets and revenue metrics.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of business strategies.

1. Mandatory Requirements

- Candidates must have a strong career background in Sales, Business Development or Marketing.
- Candidates from Facility Management backgrounds will strictly NOT be considered.
- Excellent verbal and spoken English communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, presentation and client-management skills.
- Ability to handle senior-level business discussions and decision-making.
- Must be comfortable working in a target-driven business environment.

Candidates from the following industries will be preferred:
- Hotels
- Hospitality
- Retail
- Hotel Chains and Premium Hospitality Brands
- Related service-oriented industries with strong sales and business development exposure

1. Candidate Preferences

- Age should be 40 years or above.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Candidates should have a stable career history and demonstrated business growth achievements.

1. Compensation

- Maximum CTC: ₹26 LPA.
- Compensation will depend on current CTC, experience and suitability.
