- Attend & conduct Knowledge sharing (Training program) to develop self/team members. Target- 4 Days/Year

- Attend external training Technical/Non-technical for development of skill.

- Provide safe work practice training for isolation of feeder to operation deptt to ensure zero accident during isolation of feeder. 4 days/ year for each shift

- Facilitating adequate training (both on and off the job) and encouraging the fulfillment of goals.

- Attend safety training conducted by safety Deptt.
