ROLE OVERVIEW

Design and build agentic AI systems that coordinate models, tools, APIs, and enterprise workflows to solve multi-step business problems. The role emphasizes reliable Python engineering, workflow orchestration, evaluation, security, and production readiness for a banking client.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop Python-based agents and orchestrated workflows for multi-step enterprise tasks.
- Implement tool calling, workflow state, routing, retries, exception paths, and human-in-the-loop approvals.
- Use LangGraph, LangChain, Google ADK, or equivalent frameworks to coordinate agents and tools.
- Connect LLMs to enterprise APIs, retrieval pipelines, databases, and governed data sources.
- Build evaluation and observability for task success,



accuracy, latency, cost, and failure analysis.
- Apply guardrails, least-privilege access, audit trails, data privacy, and secure deployment practices.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Solid Python engineering, API integration, testing, and debugging skills.
- Hands-on agentic workflow orchestration and LLM application development.
- Experience with LangGraph/LangChain; Google ADK, RAG, AI automation, and AI evaluation are advantages.
- Understanding of enterprise security, privacy, observability, and human oversight.
- Banking/financial-services experience preferred.

Work Arrangement: Candidates must be available to work onsite three days per week and collaborate with distributed teams.
