About us

Learning Treehouse is a Montessori preschool and crche in Aligarh for children from toddler to UKG, daycare and after school program.

Your mission

Build and run our complete growth system: create steady demand, turn the right families into admissions, and make Learning Treehouse the most trusted Montessori name in Aligarh and beyond. You will work with our admission counsellor and admin team towards 100 quality admissions a year.

What you will own

- Quality conversions: design the whole parent journey (enquiry, visit, trial morning, decision), the proof kit and the answers to parent concerns, and keep improving them using data from families we lose. We do not use discounts, so you win on value.
- Demand: Meta and Google campaigns, Google Business Profile, events, partnerships and parent ambassadors. Bring in quality leads, qualify them within minutes and hand them to the counsellor with full context.
- Brand authority: expert Montessori and parenting content, monthly workshops, media, qualified partnerships and reach beyond Aligarh. Families for life: onboarding experience, reviews, referrals and re-enrolment campaigns.




- Results: a weekly funnel scorecard and a monthly growth report, with every rupee tracked through to admission.

You have

- 4 to 6 years in marketing for a high-consideration product or service, with results you can trace to sales.
- Hands-on experience running Meta and Google lead campaigns.
- Strong content creation skills in Hindi and English: reels, design, copy. A record of growing a premium brand without relying on discounts.
- Confidence with data, and with people.

Good to have

- Experience in education or early childhood
- PR or local media experience.
