Job Title: Admission Incharge

We are looking for an experienced Admission Incharge to lead and manage the admissions department at a reputed university in Vijayawada. The candidate should have strong experience in student admissions, team management, lead conversion and institutional outreach.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the complete admission process.
- Develop and implement admission strategies to achieve enrollment targets.
- Lead, monitor and motivate the admissions team.
- Generate student leads through educational campaigns, seminars and outreach activities.
- Handle student and parent inquiries and provide admission guidance.
- Monitor admission leads, follow-ups and conversion rates.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges,



educational consultants and other institutions.
- Coordinate with marketing and academic departments.
- Ensure proper documentation and verification of admission records.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly admission reports.
- Achieve university admission targets within specified timelines.
