Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective parents and students to explain NIYO’s educational programs.
- Counsel parents about our programs, including Explorer, Innovator and Fellowship.
- Understand students’ learning requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Guide interested families through the admission, enrolment and onboarding process.
- Follow up with prospective parents and convert enquiries into successful admissions.
- Maintain accurate lead details, follow-ups and admission records on the NIYO App.




- Achieve monthly onboarding targets and contribute to overall admission growth.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates from any stream.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in interacting with parents and students.
- Strong counselling, persuasion and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented individuals with a positive attitude.
- Prior experience in Admission Counselling, Educational Sales, Telesales, Customer Support or EdTech will be an added advantage.
