Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Admission Counsellor with a minimum of 2 years of experience specifically in domestic online UG/PG admissions.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and counselling skills, hands-on experience with CRM platforms, and the ability to guide prospective students through the complete admission and enrolment journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide personalized academic and career counselling to prospective students for online undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) programs.
- Understand students' educational backgrounds, career aspirations, and requirements to recommend suitable courses and universities.
- Manage the complete admission process, from initial enquiry and counselling to application submission and final enrolment.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and student queries professionally.
- Assist students with application procedures, documentation, eligibility criteria, and admission formalities.
- Maintain and regularly update student information, lead status, and follow-up activities in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly admission, enrolment, and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents.




- Coordinate with partner universities and internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students to improve lead conversion and enrolment rates.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience specifically in domestic online UG/PG admission counselling.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
- Strong knowledge of online degree programs, university admission processes, and eligibility criteria.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Knowledge of any additional regional language will be an advantage.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple student enquiries and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Target-oriented mindset with a proven ability to achieve admission and conversion goals.
- Valuable organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.

- Candidates from EdTech companies, online education platforms, education consultancies, or university admission departments.
- Candidates with experience in domestic online degree admissions.
- Individuals who are confident in student counselling, lead management, and admission conversions.
