Job Responsibilities:

- Handle student enquiries through calls, walk-ins, online leads and other channels.
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, admission procedures and fee structures.
- Generate and follow up on admission leads to convert enquiries into successful admissions.
- Explain the benefits, career opportunities and academic offerings of various programmes.
- Maintain student enquiry records and update lead status in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the admission and academic departments for smooth admission processing.
- Assist students with application forms, documentation and registration.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling and convincing abilities.
- Knowledge of student admission processes.
- Valuable follow-up and lead management skills.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.
