We are hiring an experienced Academic Counselor / Admission Executive for our aviation & customer service training institute in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct counseling sessions for walk-in students and parents regarding Pilot, Cabin Crew & Airport Ground Staff courses.
- Follow up on incoming leads (telecalling walk-in conversions).
- Guide students on career prospects in aviation and customer service.
- Achieve monthly batch enrollment targets.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in EdTech sales, course counseling, or admission sales.
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills in English and Kannada/Hindi.
- Solid closing skills and customer-centric approach.
Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 fixed per-enrollment incentives.
Location: Work from Office (Day Shift).
