About the Role

We are looking for a 3D Interior Designer who can turn design ideas and 2D drawings into accurate 3D models and realistic renders. You will work with the design team and clients to visualize residential, commercial and hospitality interiors, and support the project until it is built correctly on site. You will work in feet and inches.

Key Responsibilities3D Visualization

- Create 3D models of interior spaces from plans, elevations and design briefs in SketchUp or 3ds Max
- Produce photorealistic renders and walkthroughs using V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape or D5 Render
- Apply materials, textures, lighting and furniture to match the design intent and client choices
- Edit and improve renders in Adobe Photoshop
- Update 3D views quickly after client and team feedback
- Prepare presentation boards and 3D views for client meetings

Design and Documentation
- Prepare 2D working drawings in AutoCAD: furniture layouts, ceiling plans, flooring plans, elevations and joinery details, in feet and inches
- Assist in space planning and concept development for residential, commercial and hospitality projects
- Prepare material and finish schedules and basic BOQs
- Select and suggest furniture, fixtures, lighting and decor

Site Coordination
- Visit project sites to take measurements and check that execution matches the 3D design and drawings
- Coordinate with carpenters, contractors and vendors on finishes and details




- Support site supervisors in resolving design-related questions
- Help with handover, snagging and final styling

General
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Maintain libraries of 3D models, textures and materials

Qualifications
- B.Arch, Diploma in Architecture, or Degree/Diploma in Interior Design from a recognised institution
- Strong portfolio of 3D interior renders

Experience
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in interior design or architecture
