Job Summary The Aditya Birla Group Leadership Program (ABGLP) has a vision to build versatile next generation leaders. The culmination of diverse experiences allows participants to deliver value to the businesses of the Aditya Birla Group, customers, shareholders, and society at large. There are 3 routes through which one can experience the ABGLP journey: (1) Campus Competition (HeadstaRt and Stratos) and (2) Group Internship Program (GIP) (3) Final Hiring.

The Finalists of the Campus Competition are offered a Pre-placement Interview for our Group Internship Program.

The Aditya Birla Leadership Program

Human Resource Leadership Program (HRLP)

The HRLP Program is for individuals who have majored in HR (full time) with 0-3 years of pre-MBA work experience. The program consists of a structured 12-month training period. This training period is made up of 3 stints of 4 months each across Aditya Birla Group businesses in the Human Resources domain.

The intent in year 1 is to provide a holistic experience across verticals of HR and businesses of the Group. Upon the completion of the first 12 months, participants undergo a confirmation process. Participants who are confirmed undergo a mandatory 2-year role with a focus on industrial relations at any of ABG plant location.

Upon completion of this plant role, participants have the option to opt for a corporate role, continue in their existing plant, or seek opportunities in another plant.

Who can Apply for ABGLP





Students who have majored in HR (2-year full time flagship program), from select Business schools, with 0 - 36 months of pre-MBA work experience.

Hiring process: Application, 2 Online Assessments, Group Discussions and Personal Interviews.
