Requirements Skills Required Validation of Invoices Data capture and Indexing.

Match purchase orders to invoices and process invoices Verify invoice accuracy and raise clarifications for discrepancies.

Perform PO and Non-PO invoice processing.

Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports and recording entries





Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statement

Pay vendors by monitoring discount opportunities

Accomplish accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed

Skills Required Knowledge of general accounting principles, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements.

Knowledge of invoice processing and reconciliation.
