Accounts Officer
- Record daily financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP).
- Maintain accurate ledgers, journals, and petty cash records.
- Process invoices, payment vouchers, and vendor bills.
- Track customer payments and follow up on outstanding dues.
- Organize and file invoices, receipts, and financial documents for audits.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports (P&L;, balance sheets).
- Help with GST/TDS filing and provide documents during audits.
- Coordinate with other departments for financial data and documentation.
- Assist senior accountants in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month
