– Accounts Manager - Key Responsibilities &

- Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 7 + years of hands-on experience in Accounts and Bookkeeping, with the ability to independently manage the complete books of accounts .

- Experience in handling minimum 20 Crore + company. Manufacturing industry experience will be an added advantage

- Audit &
- Finalization:

Practical experience in handling audits, account reconciliations, and year-end accounts finalization.

- Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Accounting Software: Strong working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other advanced Excel functions.

- Statutory Compliance: Robust practical knowledge of Income Tax, TDS, and GST, including compliance, returns, and related filings.

- Payroll Management: Knowledge of payroll processing and related statutory compliances.





- Client &

- Team Management:

Experience in handling client communications and managing a small team of 1–2 members.

- Accounting Coordination: Ability to coordinate accounting activities, handle reconciliations, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

- MIS Reporting: Experience in preparing and presenting MIS reports, financial statements, and other management reports.

- Ownership &

- Leadership:

Ability to independently handle accounting operations, take responsibility, and guide team members to ensure smooth workflow.

- Handling the Statutory Notices ( GST and other departments )

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
