Education: CA Intermediate preferred

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle day-to-day accounting activities including purchase, sales, receipts, payments, journal entries, ledgers and other general accounting work.

· Handle month-end and year-end closing activities, including provisions, accruals, depreciation and reconciliation of various accounts.

· Manage GST, TDS and other statutory compliances, including timely filing, reconciliation and follow-up for any pending issues.

· Handle accounts receivable, customer outstanding, ageing, collection follow-up and credit control to ensure timely recovery of dues.

· Manage accounts payable activities including vendor reconciliation, invoice checking, payment processing and payment planning.

· Handle manufacturing and inventory accounting, including stock reconciliation and coordination with Stores, Purchase, Production and other concerned departments.

· Carry out regular reconciliation of bank accounts, customer accounts, vendor accounts and general ledger balances, and follow up for timely clearance of outstanding items.

· Coordinate with statutory, internal and tax auditors and provide required books, schedules,



supporting documents and explanations within the agreed timelines.

· Manage fixed asset accounting, including asset additions, disposals, depreciation, physical verification and reconciliation with the books of accounts.

· Monitor working capital, cash flow, customer collections and payment commitments and ensure proper utilisation of available funds.

· Supervise and guide the Accounts team, allocate work and monitor day-to-day activities to ensure accuracy, proper documentation and timely completion of work.

· Maintain proper accounting records and ensure compliance with company policies, accounting procedures and applicable statutory requirements.

· Review and improve accounting processes, internal controls, SOPs and reporting systems to improve accuracy, control and efficiency of the Accounts function.

· Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual MIS, customer and vendor ageing reports, cash-flow statements/forecasts, profitability reports and other reports as per the requirement for the Management.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
