Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping Day-to-Day Accounting

Voucher Ledger Management: Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, cash/bank vouchers, journal entries) accurately in Tally Prime / ERP systems.

Bank Cash Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations, monitor cash flows, and manage petty cash expenses.

Accounts Payable Receivable: Track customer outstanding, follow up on pending payments, and process vendor bill clearances and payments on schedule.

Taxation, Statutory Compliance Audits

GST TDS Computations: Calculate and prepare monthly/quarterly GST returns, handle e-way bill generation, and ensure timely deduction and filing of TDS.

Audit Assistance: Coordinate with internal and external auditors, collating financial statements, ledger proofs, purchase/sales invoices, and tax challans.





Financial Reporting: Generate daily/weekly cash flow statements, trial balances, profit loss statements, and aging reports in MS Excel for management review.
