Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an Accounts cum Back Office Executive to keep complete books for our e-commerce department across Amazon, Walmart, eBay and Shopify.

- Book all marketplace sales, sales returns, fees and payouts in Gati (Midamas LLC).
- Reconcile every Amazon, Walmart and eBay settlement / payout with the bank statement.
- Maintain stock records: purchases, transfers to Amazon FBA / Walmart WFS, sales, returns, write-offs and closing stock.
- Record all e-commerce income and expenses: marketplace fees, shipping, advertising, subscriptions, packaging and overheads.
- Prepare the monthly P&L; for the e-commerce department, channel-wise and month-wise.
- Track open items until closed: payout holds, claims, reimbursements and pending refunds.
- Keep invoices, bills and statements filed and audit-ready.
- Share monthly MIS reports: sales, returns, margins, ad spend and stock value.

Candidate profile: B.Com / M.Com with 13 years in accounts. Must know Tally / Gati and Excel, and be solid at reconciliation. E-commerce or marketplace accounting experience is preferred.
