- Coordination with statutory, internal and concurrent auditors

- Net worth computation and financial data for regulatory submissions

SEBI & Exchange Compliance

- Compliance reporting to SEBI, Exchanges, Depositories & Auditors

- Periodic submissions, net worth certificates and half-yearly / annual returns

- Regulatory updates, circulars & impact analysis

- Support inspections and audits (Broking / DP / PMS)

Company Law Compliance

- ROC filings and annual compliance under the Companies Act, 2013

- Board and general meeting documentation, minutes and statutory registers

- Coordination with Company Secretary and professionals on corporate matters

General

- Drafting of regulatory correspondence and replies to queries

- Compliance guidance to management and internal stakeholders

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
