About the Company

BITS Tact Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is a diversified technology and engineering company with business operations across India and international markets. Our business activities include IT services, electronics, PCB manufacturing, engineering solutions, hardware development and technology consulting.

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to support our finance and accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
- Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills and payment vouchers.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform daily bank reconciliation and cash management.
- Assist with GST returns, TDS calculations and statutory compliance.
- Maintain vendor and customer account records.
- Track outstanding payments and follow up with customers and vendors.
- Assist in payroll processing and employee expense management.
- Maintain purchase orders, expense statements and supporting documents.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in MIS reporting.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants and banks.




- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of accounting records.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS and Indian taxation.
- Familiarity with Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of Zoho Books or other accounting software is an advantage.
- Good numerical, analytical and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.

Experience
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply.
