- Bar &

- Liquor Stock Management:

Oversee daily/weekly physical stock counts, calculate consumption variance (spillage, breakage, or unaccounted stock), and track Cost of Goods Sold (COGS). [1]

- Accounts Payable &

- Receivable:

Process vendor invoices for beverage and food suppliers, verify purchase orders against delivery receipts, and manage corporate or city ledger accounts. [1]

- Statutory &

- Tax Compliance:

Handle statutory filings, including GST returns, excise duty records, and local licensing compliance specific to bar and hotel operations. [1, 2]

- Payroll &

- Expense Control:

Process staff wages,



service charge distributions, and daily operational expense vouchers.

- Financial Reporting: Prepare daily sales reports, monthly Profit &

- Loss (P&L;) statements, and balance sheets for management review

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
