Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting operations, invoice processing, financial documentation, and accounts payable activities. The candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles, knowledge of TallyPrime, and proficiency in MS Office.

Candidates from Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting activities and accounts payable operations.
- Process invoices and maintain records of payments and outstanding balances.
- Maintain accurate financial records, bills, and accounting documents.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support audit, taxation, and other finance-related activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and follow internal accounting procedures.




- Coordinate with internal teams and other stakeholders regarding financial matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experienced 1-2 years candidates are welcome.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial operations.
- Working knowledge of TallyPrime is required.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Valuable interpersonal, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
