Mind Weavers is a psychology and rehabilitation clinic in Kozhikode that has served families for over 15 years. Our team of about 30 provides psychiatry, psychotherapy, assessments and rTMS. We are looking for a careful, reliable accountant to keep our finances accurate and organised.

Your responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounts and bookkeeping in Tally

- Reconcile bank statements, cash and UPI or card collections every day

- Check billing and income records from the front office

- Manage vendor payments, receivables and pending dues

- Prepare payroll inputs and staff payment records

- File GST and TDS returns on time, or coordinate with our auditor

- Prepare monthly financial reports for the directors

- Keep records ready for audits

Requirements

- B.Com, M.Com or equivalent

- [1–3] years of accounting experience

- Working knowledge of Tally, Excel and GST

- Honest, detail-oriented, and able to keep information confidential

- Comfortable working in a small team

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
