​About the Role

​We are looking for a versatile and proactive Accountant cum Telecaller to manage daily billing, bookkeeping, and customer communication. In this dual-function role, you will handle day-to-day accounts, payment tracking, and inventory logs, while also reaching out to clients for order updates, appointment confirmations, payment follow-ups, and sales inquiries.

​Key Responsibilities

​1. Accounting & Administrative Duties

- ​Daily Billing & Invoicing: Generate GST/non-GST invoices, POS receipts, and credit notes for custom and ready-to-wear orders.
- ​Bookkeeping & Registers: Record daily cash, UPI, card, and bank transactions; maintain petty cash registers and sales expense sheets.
- ​Accounts Payable & Receivable: Track pending client balances, manage vendor/supplier invoices, and reconcile outstanding dues.
- ​Stock & Inventory Tracking: Log incoming fabrics, trims, and finished apparel into billing software/Excel; track stock movements and dispatch logs.
- ​Basic Tax & Financial Filing: Assist management or external CA with monthly GST filing inputs, sales summaries, and bank reconciliations.

​2. Telecalling & Client Operations
- ​Customer Follow-ups: Call clients regarding order status, fitting schedules, trial reminders, and pickup/delivery updates.
- ​Payment Reminders:



Handle gentle, professional follow-up calls for pending balance payments and advances.
- ​Inquiry Handling: Answer incoming phone and WhatsApp business calls/messages regarding boutique collections, pricing, custom work, and store timings.
- ​Feedback & Relationship Management: Reach out to past customers for feedback, announce seasonal offers, new collection launches, or promotional events.

​Qualifications & Requirements
- ​Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or equivalent.
- ​Experience: 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in billing/accounting along with customer handling or tele calling experience.
- ​Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic accounting/billing software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, Vyapar, or custom POS tools).
- ​Communication: Clear, polite, and persuasive communication skills in English and the local language (spoken & written).
- ​Attention to Detail: High accuracy in numerical data entry, inventory counts, and cash balancing.

​Preferred Attributes
- ​Prior experience working in a boutique, retail apparel store, or small business setup.
- ​Strong multitasking ability to comfortably switch between managing accounts and engaging with customers on the phone.

Pay: ₹11,700.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
