Junior Accountant Head Office (1–3 Years Experience)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to join our Head Office Accounts & Finance team. The candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in accounting, with practical knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST and day-to-day accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Maintain accounting records and enter transactions in Tally.
- Prepare and maintain sales, purchase and expense entries.
- Assist in GST calculations, returns and related documentation.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports using MS Excel.
- Assist in invoice processing, vendor payments and other accounting activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of financial records.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Practical knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
