Job Summary

Sasteghar.com is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant with at least 1 year of experience, preferably in the real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining financial records, handling client and vendor payments, commission records, billing, and supporting GST and TDS-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain daily accounting entries, vouchers, and financial transactions.
2. Handle client payment records, receipts, and payment follow-ups.
3. Maintain records of property transactions, booking amounts, and customer payments.
4. Manage brokerage/commission calculations, payable and receivable records.
5. Handle vendor payments, expense tracking, and office-related financial records.
6. Maintain sales, purchase, and service invoices.

Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash/bank books.
8. Assist in GST, TDS, and other taxation-related documentation.
9. Maintain accurate financial records using Tally Prime and MS Excel.
10. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accounts and MIS reports.
11. Coordinate with the sales, operations, and management teams regarding payment and commission records.

Required Skills
- Practical knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Valuable command of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
- Understanding of accounts payable and receivable.
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation and invoice management.
- Basic understanding of real estate transactions and brokerage/commission accounting.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and documentation skills.

Eligibility Criteria
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting.
- Candidates with experience in real estate, property consultancy, or real estate advisory firms will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
