Role & responsibilities

- Export & Forex Operations:
- Handling foreign remittances, inward/outward foreign payment accounting, and tracking Bank Realisation Certificates (BRC/EDPMS coordination).

• Managing export credit facilities, including packing credit disbursement, tracking, and timely offset/liquidation against export realization.

- Day-to-Day Accounting & Bookkeeping:

- Complete end-to-end accounting using Tally, ensuring clean ledgers and accuracy.
- Routine cash and petty cash handling, along with regular cash reconciliation.

• Issuance, tracking, and reconciliation of cheques and digital payments to suppliers and vendors.

- Receivables & Payables:

- Managing bills receivables, following up with international and domestic buyers, and maintaining aging reports.

• Reconciling supplier statements and ensuring timely vendor payouts.

- Taxation & Compliance:

- Comprehensive management of GST computations, input tax credit (ITC) reconciliation, and regular return filings.

• Handling TDS, PF,



and other statutory deductions/compliances.

- Financial Management & Reporting:

- Preparation of Trial Balance, Profit & Loss accounts, and Balance Sheet.

• Assisting management with basic financial planning, cash flow forecasting, and MIS reporting.

Preferred candidate profile Education: B.Com / M.Com / Inter-CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

- Experience: 10 to 15 years of solid accounting experience, strictly within an export manufacturing setup handling foreign exchange and bank credit lines.
- Technical & Software Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Tally.
- Thorough working knowledge of banking portals for foreign remittances and export documentation.

• Robust command over MS Excel, emailing.

- Competencies: High integrity, strong attention to detail, proactive follow-up capability, and thorough knowledge of Indian export banking norms.
