HIRING – Account Executive
Working Hours: 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Key Responsibilities –
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain financial records.
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, vendor bills and customer payments.
- Prepare invoices, payment records and account statements.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Handle data management, reporting and analysis usingMS Excel.
- Work on Advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, IF and data filtering.
- Maintain accuracy in accounting records and documentation.
