KD Furniture is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Account Executive with 2–3 years of relevant experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial records.

key Responsibilities

- Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment records.
- Manage GST entries, GST returns, and TDS-related work.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records.
- Assist in monthly financial reports and account closing.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers,



and internal departments.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting tasks.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Graduate in B.Com or a relevant field.
- Good knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
- Ability to manage accounts independently.
