Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-orientated, experienced account executive with strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, ROC filings, and MIS reporting. The candidate should be proficient in MS Excel and capable of independently handling day-to-day accounting activities, financial reporting, and compliance-related tasks.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Finance:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors and internal departments.

2. Taxation & Statutory Compliance:

- Handle GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and GST reconciliations.
- Have working knowledge of TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filings.
- Assist in income tax compliance and related documentation.
- Ensure timely payment and filing of statutory dues.
- Maintain proper records of tax-related transactions and documents.

3. MIS Reporting:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Prepare financial statements, expense reports,



and management reports.
- Analyse financial data and identify discrepancies or variances.
- Provide accurate reports to management for decision-making.
- Maintain and update various financial trackers and dashboards.

4. ROC Compliance:

- Knowledge of ROC (Registrar of Companies) compliance and statutory requirements.
- Assist in preparation and filing of ROC forms and other applicable forms.
- Maintain statutory registers and corporate records.
- Coordinate with company secretaries (CS) and auditors for ROC-related filings.
- Track compliance deadlines and ensure timely submissions.

5. MS Excel & Reporting Skills:

- Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Proficiency in VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, and conditional formatting.
- Ability to prepare Excel-based MIS reports and financial dashboards.
- Good data management, analysis, and reconciliation skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounts & finance.
- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and ROC compliance.
- Good understanding of MIS reporting and financial data analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
