Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounts & Taxation Executive with a strong academic background in Commerce and Chartered Accountancy. The candidate should have practical knowledge of accounting operations, Income Tax, TDS compliance, basic GST procedures, audit support, and financial data management.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally Prime and MS Excel, with good analytical skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
2. Handle accounting entries, journal entries, and ledger maintenance in Tally Prime.
3. Assist in Income Tax return documentation and related compliance activities.
4. Perform TDS calculations, prepare supporting documents, and assist with TDS return filing.
5. Assist with GST compliance, GST data verification, and reconciliation.
6. Support internal and external audits by arranging and verifying financial documents.
7. Perform bank, ledger,



and financial data reconciliation.
8. Prepare MIS reports and maintain financial records using MS Excel.
9. Work with VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, sorting, filtering, and data analysis.
10. Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of financial information.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Accounting Principles.
- Practical knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Knowledge of Income Tax and TDS.
- Basic understanding of GST compliance.
- Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Ledger maintenance and reconciliation.
- Audit documentation and verification.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.

Educational Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance.
- CA Foundation qualified.
- CA Intermediate knowledge or completed coursework preferred.
