Qualification: B.Com preferred Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily sales and purchase entries. Prepare sales invoices and quotations. Handle daily cash and bank entries. Maintain customer outstanding and payment follow-ups. Manage supplier payments and purchase records. Maintain purchase orders and dispatch records. Handle customer calls, emails and office documentation. Prepare daily and monthly sales and expense reports. Update customer details and enquiries in CRM.
Required
SkillsGood knowledge of MS Excel. Basic knowledge of Tally / BUSY. Knowledge of billing and basic GST. Valuable communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage office work independently. Responsible, organised and sincere towards work.
Preferred
CandidateB.Com graduate. 1–2 years of relevant experience. Male/Female candidates can apply.
