- Plan and conduct engaging lessons and activities for pre-primary students.

- Teach foundational concepts including language, numeracy, general awareness, and basic Kannada.

- Use play-based, activity-based, and experiential learning methods.

- Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development.

- Create a safe, positive, and nurturing classroom environment.

- Monitor and document students’ learning and developmental progress.

- Communicate with parents regarding children’s progress and classroom activities.

- Participate in school events and early-years programmes.

Requirements

- NTT, D.El.Ed., Montessori, B.Ed., or other relevant recognized teacher-training qualification.

- Prior experience in pre-primary/early-years education is preferred.

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle young learners with patience and care.

- Knowledge of Kannada is preferred/required.

- Creative approach to activity-based and play-based learning.
