Manager- Site PMO Solar

Position Summary

The role will be a part of the Project Planning and Monitoring team with the primary responsibility of ensuring project success by supporting Project Head, PMO Leader and Project Manager across all stages of capital projects which will be primarily Solar, Wind and Hybrid Projects.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project/Primavera.

- Track project progress, milestones, dependencies, and critical path.

- Monitor schedule and cost performance, highlighting risks and deviations.

- Support project teams in WBS development and project planning.

- Ensure compliance with project governance, quality, and EHS standards.

- Prepare project dashboards, reports, and stakeholder updates.

- Drive timely issue escalation and corrective action planning.

- Utilize PMO tools for planning, monitoring, and analytics.

- Monitor inventory and material availability to support project execution.

Serentica plans to install ~4000 MW of solar & wind power across multiple sites in the states of the Karnataka, Rajasthan, and Maharashtra where the company has already acquired connectivity approvals. A large part of this capacity will be used to deliver close to 1.8MW of round-the-clock clean energy to various entities of the Vedanta Group. The company will focus on providing direct green energy solutions to commercial and industrial customers.

Serentica is committed to reversing climate change by decarbonizing energy-intensive industries such as Steel, Cement, Aluminum and Zinc. Industries consume more than 50% of the electricity generated in India. Serentica’ s medium-term goal is to supply over 40 billion units of clean energy annually and displace 37 million tonnes of CO2 emissions
