Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, sort, and count linens and laundry items (guest, staff, and hotel).
- Operate washing, drying, and pressing machines safely and efficiently.
- Check all linen and garments for stains, damage, and proper labeling before washing.
- Use appropriate detergents and chemicals in the correct quantities.
- Ensure proper finishing of linens – folding, ironing, and packing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area.
- Deliver cleaned laundry and linens to designated areas.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs.
- Follow all safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist with inventory control and report shortages or damages.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- 1+ years of working experience as a Laundry Attendant
- Completed a Diploma or Degree in Hotel / Hospitality Management
- Candidates must hold a valid passport
