Our programmes reach families who need support the most, and we are now growing our team to take this work further.

We are looking for passionate, persuasive and people-driven Fundraising Executives who want their work to make a real difference. If you can build relationships, tell a powerful story and turn goodwill into lasting support, this role is for you.

What you will do

- Raise funds from individual donors, corporates (CSR), foundations and the local community

- Identify, approach and build long-term relationships with new donors and supporters

- Pitch Udaan's programmes in meetings, calls, events and presentations with clarity and conviction

- Prepare simple proposals, donor communication and impact updates

- Plan and run fundraising campaigns, drives and events, both on-ground and online (including crowdfunding and social media)

- Follow up with donors, maintain a donor database and ensure timely receipts and acknowledgements

- Keep donors engaged by sharing stories and updates on the impact of their contribution

- Meet monthly fundraising targets and report progress regularly to the team

- Represent Udaan with honesty, warmth and professionalism at all times

Who we are looking for

- Graduate in any discipline (MSW,



MBA or a background in social work, marketing, sales or communications is a plus)

- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome; experience in fundraising, sales, CSR, telecalling or business development is an advantage

- Excellent spoken skills in Hindi and English, and a confident, friendly personality

- Comfortable meeting new people, networking and handling rejection with a smile

- Self-motivated, target-oriented and organised

- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace and social media

- Genuine empathy for women, girls and children, and belief in the cause
