Ø Creation of Final Drawings for die element and Assembly Detail.
Ø Engineering standards followed by selection of Raw Material for the required products Creation of Bill of Materials for Raw material, Individual Components and Assembly.
Ø Designing of press tools like as Blanking, Piercing, Restricting, Forming, Bending and Progressive press Tools.
Ø Through knowledge in GD & T.
Ø Leading all activities of tool design & development from conceptual through detail phases, post design support to development & Proving.
Ø Designing Tool for critical press parts. (High tolerance)
Ø Designing progressive die & multi stage tool Essential Responsibilities.
Ø Expert on 3D modelling (Cimatron software knowledge added advantage )
