Front Desk Receptionist & Clinical Assistant

Location: Salt Lake, Kolkata

We are looking for a smart, friendly, organised and responsible Receptionist & Clinical Assistantto join our new dermatology and skin care clinic in Salt Lake, Kolkata.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality and an interest in working in a professional medical/dermatology setup.

Key Responsibilities

1. Front Desk & Patient Management

- Welcome patients and provide a warm, professional experience.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries and appointment scheduling.
- Manage doctor consultations, follow-up appointments and appointment reminders.
- Maintain patient records, registration details and consultation schedules.
- Coordinate patient flow and manage the reception area.

2. Patient Follow-up & Coordination

- Follow up with patients after consultations and procedures.
- Remind patients about upcoming appointments and treatment sessions.
- Maintain regular communication with patients regarding their visits and follow-ups.
- Assist in handling patient queries and coordinating with the doctor.

3. Clinical Assistance

- Assist the doctor during dermatological and aesthetic procedures.
- Prepare the treatment room and arrange instruments and supplies.




- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and proper sterilisation protocols.
- Help with patient preparation before procedures.
- Follow the doctor's instructions and maintain clinical protocols.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate preferred.
- Prior experience in a clinic, hospital, dermatology or aesthetic centre will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp.
- Pleasant personality, punctuality and good organisational skills.
- Willingness to learn clinical assistance and procedure-related responsibilities.
- Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
