Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Coordinator to manage and coordinate day-to-day e-commerce operations across online marketplaces and the company website. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, order processing, inventory management, marketplace coordination, and ensuring smooth online business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations across e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify and other marketplaces.
- Create, update and maintain product listings, including product titles, descriptions, images, pricing and specifications.
- Monitor incoming orders, coordinate order processing, dispatch and delivery.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to avoid stock discrepancies.
- Handle product catalogue updates, pricing changes and promotional activities.
- Monitor marketplace performance, product visibility and account health.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for online campaigns, offers and promotions.
- Handle customer queries, returns, replacements and order-related issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales and operations reports.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of e-commerce activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
- Working knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart and Shopify.
- Understanding of product listing, catalogue management and order processing.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and online sales operations.
- Good Excel and Google Sheets skills.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the garment, textile, fashion or retail industry will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of marketplace advertising and promotional activities.
- Familiarity with e-commerce dashboards and seller panels.
