We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our sales department, ensuring seamless communication, accurate data management, and efficient order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is a master multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at supporting a agile sales team to help them achieve their targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales Support: Act as the primary administrative point of contact for the sales team, assisting reps with quoting, contract drafting, and document preparation.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records, leads, and sales pipelines within our CRM platform .
- Order & Inventory Tracking: Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to track orders from processing through to final delivery and billing.
- Client Communications: Answer inbound customer inquiries regarding order status, pricing, and shipping timelines,



ensuring a high-quality service experience.
- Reporting & Analytics: Compile and distribute weekly/monthly sales performance metrics, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts for management.
- Team Logistics: Schedule internal sales meetings, manage team calendars, and coordinate logistics for client events .

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
- Organization: Proven ability to manage competing priorities, maintain extreme attention to detail, and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
