Job Description

Venus Digital Arcade is looking for a motivated and organized Logistics Coordinator to manage daily logistics operations, coordinate product deliveries, monitor purchase orders, maintain inventory records, and ensure smooth supply chain activities across the company's stores.

Freshers with good coordination, communication, and organizational skills are welcome to apply. Candidates with prior experience in logistics or supply chain operations will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Delivery Window Management: Coordinate and monitor delivery schedules to ensure products reach the respective stores on time.
- PO Lifecycle Monitoring: Track purchase orders from placement to delivery and ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Direct Store Shipments: Coordinate direct shipments to stores and monitor shipment status.
- Compliance, Invoicing & Documentation: Verify invoices, maintain shipment records, and ensure all required logistics documents are properly maintained.
- Domestic Regulatory Compliance: Ensure logistics and transportation activities comply with applicable domestic regulations and company policies.
- Inventory Reconciliation: Monitor stock movements, verify inventory records, and identify and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Transit Damage Claims: Handle transit damage reports,



coordinate claim documentation, and follow up with transporters and suppliers for resolution.
- Returns to Vendor (RTV): Coordinate product returns to vendors, maintain return records, and follow up to ensure timely processing.

Requirements & Skills

- Any Degree or relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
- Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility for assigned tasks.

Experience

- 0–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or coordination roles.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with relevant experience will be given preference.

Salary & Benefits

- Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000.
- Salary will be based on the candidate's skills and experience.
