Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Freelance Business Consultant who can work with entrepreneurs and business owners to understand their business challenges, identify improvement opportunities and recommend practical solutions. The consultant will work on specific client assignments and support the implementation of business improvement initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Understand the client's business model, operations and business challenges.

2. Conduct business meetings, discussions and diagnostic assessments.

3. Identify gaps in business processes, systems and organisational structure.

4. Prepare business analysis reports and consulting recommendations.

5. Develop action plans for business improvement and growth.

6. Support implementation of consulting solutions at client organisations.

7. Coordinate with the LakshDips internal team and client stakeholders.

8. Track project progress and provide regular updates on assigned projects.

9. Ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables and action plans as per pre-decided timelines and agreed project milestones.

10. Prepare and share weekly and monthly project progress updates, highlighting completed activities, pending deliverables,



key achievements and upcoming action plans.

Required Skills & Competencies

· Robust business understanding and analytical skills.

· Good communication and presentation skills.

· Ability to interact confidently with business owners.

· Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

· Strong understanding of industry-specific business processes and challenges.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

· Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Educational Qualification

MBA / PGDM in Business Management, Marketing, Operations or related fields preferred.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the relevant industry, with strong understanding of industry-specific business processes, challenges and practices. Prior consulting experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per day
