Inventory & Stock Management
- Stock Auditing: Conduct routine physical inventories of raw materials, perishables, and beverage stocks (including liquor) to track variances.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and distributors to ensure timely procurement, negotiate pricing, and maintain optimal par stock levels.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming deliveries for freshness, cleanliness, consistency, and compliance with safety standards.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
